1. Giveaway: 2007 W Uncirculated Burnished American Silver Eagle with the Box & COA ("Giveaway”) begins at the time of posting this video and ends on 09/20/23 at 10:00 PM Central Time (the "Giveaway Period").
2. Eligibility: Open to USA residents who are 18 or older at the time of entry (“Entrant”). Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Prize: – 1(ONE) 2007 W Uncirculated Burnished American Silver Eagle (approximate retail value or "ARV": $60.00) Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted by the winner. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV of the prize represents the Sponsor's good faith determination. If the actual value of the prize turns out to be less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash. The prize will only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within all countries that allow importation of the prize. The winner of the Giveaway will be announced during the live auction on 09/20/23, and then the winners’ YouTube screen name will be posted under the auction (video). The odds of winning will vary depending on the number of eligible Entries received.
