Striking… Copper?? Unboxing A $120 Rare U.S. Coin Auction Purchase – Hard Times & Civil War Tokens

Had a bunch of fun unboxing this recent auction purchase that I won for $120 – there were some really interesting finds throughout the unboxing! Whether it was store cards, civil war tokens, hard times tokens, or the one extremely value-less token from a more contemporary era, I did well with this one (especially once we realized the Ann Arbor tokens / store cards were actually from the 1860s). Fun to have taken a risk on this one and have it pay off! And hopefully you can learn a little bit about the coins that I bought from a historical perspective.
