The $223,700 1964 Special Mint Set: The Mystery of the Extremely Valuable Modern Coins

The 1964 Special Mint Set or Adams coins are among the rarest coins in modern U.S. coin collecting history, and I wanted to make a video highlighting the different denominations, stories, and evolution of these coins. What seems to have been either a preparation for future Special Mint Sets at a transition time at the mint, or a sneaky operation to come up with rare specimen strike coins, has led to an extremely rare and valuable group of coins. What do you think? Would you buy one of these rarities?
