Good ‘ole Scottsdale Mint and the rough edges, lol. I returned an entire box of coins to them for the same issue and they were kind enough to exchange it for a properly finished product. It was frustrating though as the time between purchase and exchange was about 16 weeks.😂
i think its a beautiful coin
