The Wildest $10,000+ Double Decade Coin: 1970 Quarter Struck On A Much Older Canadian KGV 25 Cents

Talk about a wild error coin!! And a reason to take a close look at any proof set – this isn't the only type of error (and don't forget about varieties) that can be out there on those sets! But this is one-(or two-)of-a-kind in the sense that it's pretty rare to have an overstrike on two coins decades apart in the 20th century, especially from different countries! Let me know what you think – would you buy these coins?

  1. It’s hard to believe no one caught this especially being on a silver planchet.I don’t believe I would pay the price for either coin.Definetly not $35,000.,I would rather have a 1893 San Fransico Morgan.
