  1. I’m so glad you’ve touched on the “season” of coin roll hunting, and I couldn’t agree more. Keep up the strong work man!

    1. I am glad he did, I didn’t even think about that, I may start going to banks to get me some coin rolls myself just to fish lol..

  2. Tis the season! Nice one BlueRidgeSilverHound!! The coin roll hunting information you provide is always so helpful.

  3. Thank you for answering a question I’ve been pondering: Which is better; the customer or bank rolled coins.
Customer rolls seems better, as you stated, regarding silver and possibly other (v coins, etc) put in, but also the downside is customers putting in tokens or pennies in nickel or quarter rolls, or just being shorted.
Regarding your chat about politics, I agree, this is NOT the forum for political arguments, unless you are referring to why a mintage may different then normal because of a political event (ie: war coin changes).
Thanks again for all the information you share. I have been able to share what I have learned here with my 10 yr old nephew who is starting to show a real interest in coin collecting (and is being encouraged by his grandfather and parents).

    1. @13applejaxxx I agree, my son to is getting the bug for collecting and he is 16 and wants to help me search through my coins that I have sitting on my work table in my kitchen (not my kitchen table but a folding table that I use for my coins lmao).

  4. Good job keeping the haters off of here. Too much negativity out there. Nice to go to a site where it isn’t allowed. Thank you for standing up.

    1. “Hate Speech” is illegal??? LOL… Um, NO. FALSE. And the fact that you would think this is a sad sad commentary on our society and your gullibility. And yes, I’m a lawyer who deals with the Constitution on a daily basis, so … but you don’t have to be a lawyer to know this, honestly.

    2. Scott Garrett, I agree and like a dumb arse I fell for it, being led into a political argument myself and I should know better.

    3. I agree, got tired of his harassment so don’t know if he is showing on ya all’s posts but I got him off of mine as well as my page as well as reported.

    4. I thought he spelled that out well, but “hate speech IS illegal, not unlawful, but it is sad.i I am still curious about the ’83 quarters. Birth year, or? I’d be bored if you didn’t talk, wtf? This is a good find-h u r @ 51k subs, set to double from 30k in 9-17! Peace …

  5. Hey ! You do talk a lot! But guess what you give good info! Let the haters go! Love your channel. Keep it up!

    1. Randal Bearden, Me too neither! Just heard about it in this video. Keep looking at the backs for one that’s different.

  6. Picked up $310 of Kennedy’s last week and ended up with 2 rolls of silver. That will get you excited !

  7. Great job! I don’t consider it rambling, I think it’s more thinking out loud and that’s where the nuggets of info come from.

  8. It’s really a roll of the dice with the bank wrapped rolls. One day I got a whole box of brand new 2017 nickels and a month later I get another box and end up finding a war nickel! Never really know!

    1. Virusalertable, can not remember which one it was, think it was BlueRidge, but check those 2017’s out and keep a perfect specimen that you would think would grade at a MS-67 or better, lol…

    2. Richard Gaston oh I did! I kept about 3 of them!! Perfect condition and no scratches on them at all!! The rest I’m just selling to people who want them.

    3. cool beans mate, I would have done the same thing. The only time when I have the time to even look to keep something perfect is when I break open a roll at work for my till lmao, when I see that I am getting new coins.

    4. Richard Gaston haha! I wish I could do that!! It would be cool to search though the till and see if any rare or really cool looking coins were there! I think it would be a little bit more fun than to go to the bank and get a box!

    5. It is fun, I have found a lot of my coins that way Virusalertable, got a lot of Silvers as well plus a couple of Benji’s that are in great shape for the year. In my whole collection and I have to relook them over, I have found a total of maybe 7 varieties, 3 in the 1941-S Nickles 2 maybe 3 in the 2009 Bicentennial Cents (2 are DDR’s) the third one I need to really examine closely with a microscope because I am still not sure about it and at least 1 State Quarter Variety. Been collecting them for over 10 years, and I just learned about the Varieties and Error coins in the last 2-3 years, so now I am re-examining my coins to see if anymore are varieties lol..

  9. Has anyone ever told you that you sound like Seth Rogan? Maybe you are, Just a movie star doing some coin roll hunting on his off time, Hahaha!!!

  10. I’ve just started coin roll hunting with my daughter. And we’ve been pretty lucky so far. Extra ear on a 88. Wide am on a 99. S over s on a 70s. But where to take or send them has been the issue.

  11. im 53 and i cant stand the negativity i mean just change the channel im makin money with your videos besides having a good time with good people! keep up the good work….

    1. Great Video im just starting coin collecting and your videos rocks Thank You For Taking Time To Give Me A Starting Point

  12. I live in canada and I bought a super treasure hunt hot wheel, with a 20 dollar bill, In the change, I got an american bicentenial quarter!, I was so happy, since the super treasure hunt was worth 80 dollars, with the coin as a bonus!

    MONEY WELL SPENT
